Replacement battery for HP Spectre (HP Spectre x360 - 13t-ae000 CTO)

Hi -- does anyone know how to find an official replacement battery for a HP Spectre x360 laptop (HP Spectre x360 - 13t-ae000 CTO) ? Searching on the HP support page gives nothing, and the "virtual assistant" is inept. I bought a replacement battery from Amazon, which doesn't hold charge -- I'm not sure if the issue is the battery, or the laptop not properly detecting the charge level, but it might be worth trying an "official" battery, if possible. Thank you!

Thank you for undervaluing my competence, but you are not writing with a robot here at all. I've given you some guidance on how to get your system back to normal, but if you don't want help, I can't change it.

I am sorry -- I appreciate your response. I do not see, however, how your reply addresses in any way the question of how to find a replacement battery.  Can you please elaborate? Yes, there are things that can be done to address battery issues in general, but that was not my question. I do not see how it is at all helpful to avoid the specific question and reply with generalities. (That is, in fact, what poorly constructed AIs do.)

I have the same system and am experiencing the same problem as you do - looking for an genuine HP replacement battery for this laptop. Did you find a solution for your problem? If so, would you mind sharing it here how you did it?

TO MagicTeaPot: Unfortunately, I didn't find a genuine HP battery. I put the old (low-performing) original HP battery back in, and have been limping along with this until I find time to search more thoroughly. Good luck!

Thank you for your response! It's very unfortunate. I can't find any info on buying a replacement part. I liked the PC, but HP's product support left me very disappointed. If this is the kind of post-sale support HP has, this will likely be the last HP product I purchase.
