Product: HP Spectre x360 - 13-w023dx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

A few days ago my battery stopped working and I'm wondering how to replace it.  According to the website, my product is an HP Spectre x360 - 13-w023dx, but my computer says it's an HP Spectre x360 Convertible 13-w0XX.  I've tried to find a replacement battery through the parts finder, but I can't find it.  Where is it?  Also, if I find a new battery, how do I install it?  Thank you!

Your machine is an HP Spectre x360 - 13-w023dx, its specs w0xx is for the series.

  It uses  3-cell, 57.8 Wh Li-ion battery part # 859356-855 which is available from HP Part Store:
