Looking to replace the battery for a Spectre x-360 convertible 13-4193nr series TPN-Q157. I have found a replacement for the SH03XL matching these part numbers 859026-421 859356-855 for use with HP series TPN-Q178 and not the TPN-Q157 as identified on the notebook described above. Would the TPN-Q178 be compatible with this notebook or where would you be able to Iocate the correct battery? I have searched a number of sites. Thank you.

The parts list for your notebook has the battery part number and description for the battery your notebook uses:

HP PartSurfer

789116-005
Battery pack (Primary) - 3-cell lithium-Ion (Li-Ion), 4.96Ah, 56Wh (PK03056XL-PL)

I recommend you do a search by the HP 789116-005 battery part number and find a compatible battery that references that HP part number.
