Pavilion 15-cc187cl
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My daughter has an HP Pavilion Notebook computer, model # 15-cc187cl (from the bottom of the notebook), and she received a message that the battery was weak.  I need to find a replacement battery for this notebook and some instructions on how to get access to the battery.  I have 2 other HP laptop computers, but the batteries on those are accessible on the exterior underside of the device.

Hi @Paul_Johnson

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

HP Pavilion - 15-cc187cl has a 3-cell, 41 Wh Li-ion. Spare part# 920070-855

The installation instructions are on page# 39 of this Service Manual

I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region to order a replacement battery.
