Product: Spectre

I have Hp spectre 15” (Serial number:[Personal Information Removed]). Its swollen battery has been replaced recently. However it is not charging now. It says plugged in, but not charging. The technician said that it was battery failure again. The battery product number is hp 928372-856. Where can I find this product?
