Thank you for your response helpful. But when I did the chat they gave me the info and because I didn't give one of the answers quick enough the guy closed chat. I tried to email HP parts for what I needed but it couldn't go through therefore, it appears I have to call . Thanks again

You should be able to order the battery online without any assistance by entering the battery part number I posted in the search box at the link below, unless it suddenly became unavailable.

I just ordered. Although I received an alert, the receipt showed one amount and the alert $11 more grrr.

Hi Paul, first and foremost I was only blowing off steam on the price difference. However, I am waiting for their system to process the order to dispute the difference, the difference is after the shipping and tax. All your help and response has been very helpful. Thank You
