Hello!
I clumsily stood on my laptop charger a few days ago and it broke. I now need to buy a replacement but HP Store does not stock the same charger I currently have.
I have spent a long time looking online and I have found a few sites that sell it but they all look dodgy. Can someone please tell me if there is a charger on the HP Store that is compatible with my laptop as I am completely confused? My laptop is Envy 13-ad102na.

Here is the google search I did for the power adapter. It isn't an expensive power adapter.

Hi Erico,
Thanks for the link! I found the charger on that website earlier too but I want a genuine HP product and I can't be sure it would be when bought from that site.
I was really wanting to know if any charger today is compatible on the official HP Store.

It isn't available at the HP Online Store. It isn't even available via the HP PartSurfer web interface for your country.
As long as it has the HP Part number it is compatible. Tens of thousands, even millions purchase replacement items in this very same fashion.
There is no "original HP" Power adapter. HP sources them from China from manufacturers who meet their specs and contract criteria. Once HP and the supplier have contracted, a stamp with the HP logo and part number is put on the power adapter.
That is how the business model works.
