We purchased a brand new Envy 360 14t-fc000 just four months ago and already there's a hardware issue with the fan making a grinding noise. What is the part number for this fan so I can replace it?

Why you do not initiate a warranty repair?

I'm guessing the hassle of dealing with HP warranty is more costly than buying a $16 fan - if I can just figure out the fan model number. Maybe HP intentionally makes it a hassle?
My guess seems right so far. I tried the link you shared and I keep getting an error 404 page with the messaage "We can't seem to find the page you were looking for." I mean, **bleep** HP????

The problem is definitely at your end. I just verified that the link works. See the image below.
Using the factory warranty is less of a risk than attempting a replacement of a thermal solution fan in my book. I say risk because I have no idea about your experience. If you break something starting a warranty claim will result in out of pocket expenses for you.
