Hello everyone, i just had this issue today afternoon when my laptop's fan started a wiring, squeaky and a high frequency noise, I didn't paid much attention to it but after turning it on in the evening it wouldn't turn on and displayed that one of the fans were not working.I opened the laptop cleaned the fans and heatsink thoroughly and surprisingly the laptop turned on but the noise is still here. I just wanted to know where can i buy the replacement fans for my laptop.

The hp part number for the fans is L98737-001.
Perform an online search with HP L98737-001 as the keywords to find a vendor in your country.
The search I did: It appears that a vendor on Amazon.in may have it for sale.

Reference source is the HP PartSurfer data for your laptop.
The Maintenance & Service guide does not include the fan for your specific Omen laptop version with NVIDIA RTX 2060 6GB discrete graphics.

Hello , thank you for your consideration, do you think any HP service centers might have a replacement fan on them for my model in Delhi,India cuz i don't wanna buy it online and the thing is Hp's customer service in India is Incredibly trash.

An HP service center would probably replace the whole system board if there is a component on it that has an issue.
For a service center, doing that it is just more efficient. They do not do component repair.
Everyone else who is going to do a replacement themselves buys their fan online.
You can get a quote from a laptop repair shop to see if they will order and replace the fan.
There is a markup on the cost of the fan passed on to you in the repair bill.
That is just business.
