HP Laptop PC 15s-fq2000 (2D119AV)

My granddaughter recently tried to jam something into the laptops power socket (Like they do!) and damaged it so it would no longer charge - even though I had extended warranty till May of this year I understood it would not cover this type of incident - so after looking around I took it to a local repair shop show I initially did a decent job - well they did on the charge socket - after getting the machine home and starting to use it I now keep getting different typed of keyboard errors -  some keys dont work, some one now and again and to top ot off it looks like they may have tried to glue keys back on.  I of course I took it back to which they said they would take a look but me being the trusting fool I am got nothing in writing and she shop is trying to charge me another £110 because he says it needs a full new keyboard - I realise because of my own stupidity I have no way of forcing the issue with the shop but I also refuse to give them any more money - they anoying thing is I could the first repair myself but was being lazy.  SO my questions at last does anyone know either one, where I could get it done at a reasonable price or two, where I can pick up a reasonable priced new keyboard.

Thanks in advance for any help

This silver-on-silver is the worst possible keyboard design that I could possibly imagine. I absolutely hate it. If I'd been aware, I'd never have purchased this junk. I'm trying to find a replacement keyboard with black keys and white letters, but there's nothing out there.
