@LM139, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your keyboard replacement!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

I understand that some of the keys on your keypad are loose, and I’d be happy to assist you with this.

First, let's try a couple of troubleshooting steps to see if we can resolve the issue:

  1. Power off the laptop: Make sure the laptop is turned off completely.
  2. Inspect the keys: Gently press on the loose keys and check if they feel properly seated. Sometimes, keys can come loose and can be popped back into place.
  3. Clean the keyboard: Use a can of compressed air or a soft brush to clean around the keys to make sure there is no debris causing the issue.
  4. Test the keys: Power the laptop back on and check if the keys are functioning properly.

If these steps don’t resolve the issue, let me know!

I’m here to help further if needed!

Take care, and have an amazing day!
