HP Recommended

Hi, looking for some advice for an HP Pavilion 15-eg3017na. The "s" key and "a" key have become detached. Purchased in March 2024 and warranty has expired. Reviewed YouTube and purchased replacements from Ebay. No success though it is also very fiddly.

Local laptop repair shop says there are no replacement parts.

Any advice would be appreciated

HP Recommended

Not sure what replacements you bought on eBay. HP does not sell individual keys. The only fix is to replace the whole keyboard which is a major chore on modern laptops and often means replacing the whole top cover.
