I would only be able to help you with the part numbers you need which can be found at the link below:

HP does not sell the motherboard.
The cable costs $54.92, and is on backorder
You can contact HP's authorized parts suppliers list at the link below to see if they can help you, or do a search on eBay by the part numbers and see what you can find there.
