I have to change the motherboard of the above laptop and would appreciate indications on the manufacturer of that part and serial number.
Best regards

Here are the mainboards which were available from the factory:
(13) System board (includes replacement thermal material)
For use only with computer models equipped with the Intel Core2 Duo QX9300, 2.53-GHz processor, includes 512 MB of graphics subsystem memory 506494-001
For use with computer models equipped with all processors except the Intel Core2 Duo QX9300, 2.53-GHz processor Includes 1024 MB of graphics subsystem memory 506495-001
Includes 512 MB of graphics subsystem memory 496871-001
Not sure which you have depends on the processor and video. If you have the QX9300 there is only the one option, if you have any other processr you can use either of the others.
HP is the manufacturer of these boards. These are nearly 10 years old so HP no longer has the boards in stock and they will be hard to find as the HDX was a rare machine, even if it was one of the great laptops HP ever made. You can search eBay and amazon for the board. If you let us know what CPU you have and where you live (country) we can help find a specific purchase option, if possible.
