Replacement part: Foxconn NFB60A05H-003

My Laptop fan sounds like a tractor. I've tried cleaning it and checked, if there are any loose parts around it - without sucess.
I can't find a replacement fan:

Foxconn NFB60A05H-003

I found one that has the same number on Aliexpress: https://www.aliexpress.com/i/32862170949.html

But it's not the same part. Mine has 4 cables...

I did find a couple of listings on eBay, Germany which seem to be the right part...
