Replacement parts

Hello,

I would like to know if there is a possibility to get spare parts, namely a cpu cooler (or fan) and a keyboard (azerty) for the HP Pavilion DV7 2020eb laptop. Now, this isn't one of the most recent laptops but it functions for browsing and watching movies which is all we need it for so i wouldn't like to spend too much on these parts. Does HP offer this kind of support?
