I am looking for a replacement cord for an HP Pavilion 17 inch laptop from 2014. The serial number on the back of the power cord that I have is ct-wduvabgc6q814

Enter your notebook's serial number or product number in the search window at the link below and it will provide the part number and description of the power adapter you need.

 

HP PartSurfer

 

The power cord that goes from the wall socket to the adapter is sold separately and is also listed at the above website.

 

What I recommend you do is to go on eBay, so a search by the power adapter part number and find a used but tested and working genuine HP power adapter.

 

Those usually come with the power cord included.
