Hello,
I would like to know what are the better replecements for my processor. My current one is Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-2410M 2,3GHz.
Also I'd like to know if there is a chance to add some RAM, I have currently 4GB and I'm going to add another 4GB. Laptop is HP Pavilion dv6 6040ew.

As per the Service Guide: http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c02842252 your Notebook supports up to 16384 GB.

 

You can refer to the Service Guide Page 1 in the Service Guide for a list of compatible Processors for your Notebook
