Dear customer,
The part you want to replace is not customer self-repairable part. Thus, please call the local ASP (Authorized Service Partner) who repairs HP laptops and tell them the part you want to replace. They will fix it for you with a certain price.
Hope it helps. Thanks for choosing HP laptop.
I am a hp employee.

Hi Kulasian,
Depending on the country, not every part will be orderable by the customer. In certain countries, we might not have the required certifications etc. to import these parts, which could be the reason for the below message.
You might want to take your notebook to an authorized HP repair center who can fix the issue on your notebook.
