Replacing HDD with SSD

Hi, i am in huge problem as i couldn't find any solution all over the internet for the following problem.

I have replaced my laptop HDD with CRUCIAL BX500 240GB SSD and installed Windows 10 (64bit) through a bootable USB stick. When windows installation completes and laptop restarts it does not boot and shows "Disk read error". (For your kind information i have used two different SSDs but same error occurred, when i used the same SSD in other Desktop , it is working fine in the desktop).

I also ran Hardware diagnosis in BOOT screen, but is showing "Hard Disk Error (301) & (303)". Though my SSD is new and it is working fine on other systems.

I have tried every possible solution but nothing worked.

Tried converting MBR to GPT then GPT to MBR .But nothing happened. Same error "Disk read error".

My laptop SATA cable and all other fittings are in running and perfect condition as it runs perfectly with HDD. 

Please anyone help, otherwise that SSD is just waste of money for me.

Hi. Have you used chkdsk or fixmbr in command prompt to fix it? And sometimes a BIOS update would be helpful. Here's a more detailed tutorial to fix disk read error for your reference.

Try cloning you HDD to your new SDD first and then install the SSD where your HDD was. Bootable stick might only work for your HDD disk. If you clone you are making a copy of you HDD and your computer will recognize all the information on your SSD as if it were your original HDD.
