Hello, I want to replace my gpu on my hp pavilion dv6t - 2000. I have heard that it is switchable, but I have also heard that it is not switchable. I want to know which is true, and if so, which gpus I can upgrade it to. For some applications it requires D3D11, but after relaunch the application, it starts up, but for some other applications like unreal engine 5.2.1, it was saying that I don't have a D3D11 compatible gpu. I know that D3D11 stands for directx 3d 11. This is weird because fortnite was saying that, but when I relaunched it it started up and said that I need install windows 10. I tried installing windows 10 for unreal engine, but it kept showing the error. This is why I want to replace my gpu. I know I am probably stuck with geforce gt gpus or gtx at the highest, which ones can support D3D11? I would prefer direct x 3d 12, but 11 would be fine. Thank you in advance.
