Hi:  I bought an HP Stream in Dec 2015 for my Mom.  She never used it.   I inherited it and it boots up, but a message comes up on a blue screen advising Primary (Internal) Battery is low - Error 601.  I guess it's from sitting dormant for 3 years LOL.

 

The existing batteries do not hold a charge, can only use laptop when it's plugged in.

 

How can I replace the internal battery?

 

How can I replace the battery so it can be used without being plugged in?
