I am in the process of replacing my old HDD for a SSD. I just want to confirm

 

1) Is this possible for my model (HP Notebook - 15-bs062st)?

 

2) Which SSDs are compatible for my laptop.  Thanks

HP Recommended

You have two options:

 

1. You can replace the 2.5" SATA mechanical hard drive with a 2.5" SATA SSD.

 

I recommend this one:

2. Notebooks with the Intel Core processors have M.2 SSD slots that support SATA M.2 SSD's only, not NVMe.


Something like this:
