Dear HP Turkey Representative,
I purchased an HP laptop in 2020<removed_Do not include the product serial number or any private information.>, and the device was recently diagnosed with a hardware issue by an authorized service center. I have been informed that the required spare part is no longer available, and thus the device cannot be repaired.
However, I was also informed that the repair process cannot proceed due to the absence of the original invoice. Please note that the device details can be verified via the serial number in HP’s system.
If the product cannot be repaired and the necessary part cannot be provided, I kindly request, in accordance with the Turkish Consumer Protection Law (Law No. 6502), that one of the following reasonable solutions be offered:
- Replacement with an equivalent product,
- Or a refund of the product’s purchase value.
Therefore, I kindly request a written response regarding the evaluation of my case and the next steps to be taken.
Sincerely,
<removed_Do not include the product serial number or any private information.>
