Request for Immediate Replacement – Defective HP Laptop (Serial No. [edited]

I am writing to formally request an immediate unit replacement for my HP Laptop Ryzen 7, which I purchased on August 17, 2025. Despite being newly bought, the unit has already shown multiple defects, including:

• Speaker not working

• Charging issues

• WiFi malfunction

• Motherboard concerns

Because of these serious problems, I submitted the laptop for repair at your service center last September 28, 2025, but until now, the unit has not been fixed. It is extremely disappointing and unacceptable for a brand-new HP unit to have this many issues, and for the repair process to take this long without resolution.


Given that the product is still very new and has shown multiple major defects, I believe it is only fair and reasonable to receive a full replacement unit, as repair attempts have already failed and the delay is causing significant inconvenience.

I hope for your urgent action on this matter.
