I am new for this Technology world.

I would like to know, how I can check my firmware version. And How I can upgrade this.

On a computer BIOS is its firmware. Other devices like routers and wireless cards also have firmware that is not BIOS. Firmware is the general category and BIOS is a kind of firmware used by PC based computers.

On a laptop made by HP the BIOS version is displayed in HP Support Assistant and also in the BIOS itself (F10).

Screenshot from my HP laptop above. HP Support Assistant will offer you new BIOS updates as they come out, for you to install. Post back with any other questions but please accept as solution if it is the info you needed.
