I am new for this Technology world.
I would like to know, how I can check my firmware version. And How I can upgrade this.

On a computer BIOS is its firmware. Other devices like routers and wireless cards also have firmware that is not BIOS. Firmware is the general category and BIOS is a kind of firmware used by PC based computers.
On a laptop made by HP the BIOS version is displayed in HP Support Assistant and also in the BIOS itself (F10).
