Hi everyone,
I need urgent help with my HP 15-bs002ne laptop. I recently attempted to update the BIOS (InsydeH20 version F.22), but unfortunately, the update failed. Now, when I power on the laptop, the screen stays completely black, and there's no blinking light or any signs of activity. It seems completely bricked.
I've tried the basic recovery methods (Win+B, Win+V, etc.) but nothing works, and I suspect I need the correct BIOS recovery file for the DA0X83MB6H0 (Rev A) motherboard.
Could someone from the community or HP team please share the InsydeH20 F.22 BIOS recovery file or guide me on how to recover from this failed update?
I believe I need the correct BIOS recovery file (preferably .bin or .fd) to flash using a USB or external programmer.
If anyone has this BIOS version or can help guide me through recovery, I would really appreciate it.
Thank you in advance for any help or advice!

Hi:
Sorry, but the oldest BIOS version HP has for your notebook is F.32 which can be found by clicking to expand the Revision History section for the latest BIOS update at the link below:

Watch these two videos at the links below for how to make and use the BIOS recovery flash drive to update the BIOS outside of Windows.
You will need to do this using another Windows PC.

Hi,
thanks for trying to help, but I actually don't want the InsydeH20 F.75 version. My laptop originally came with BIOS version F.22, and that's the one I need to recover my system.
My motherboard is DA0X83MB6H0 (Rev A) — just to be clear. If you have the official F.22 BIOS file or a way to help me recover using that version, I’d really appreciate it.
Thanks again!

Hi:
As I posted earlier, the F.22 file does not exist anymore.
The oldest one you can now install is F.32.
