Dear HP Support Team,

I am facing an issue with my HP laptop keyboard. One of the keyboard keys is broken and is not functioning properly. Due to this issue, I am experiencing difficulty while using the laptop.

Details:

I would like to request assistance for the repair or replacement of the damaged key/keyboard. Please let me know the available service options and the next steps to resolve this issue.

Laptop keys can be replaced. Some models are more difficult than others. Usually it is easier to replace a key or two than the keyboard.

To replace your PC's original keyboard, go to this site and enter your serial number. Look for the keyboard with the correct language.


There are a number of companies that can provide keys. Some have a video or two showing how to do it.
