I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to request a replacement for my laptop battery. Below are the details of my laptop for your reference:
The battery is no longer holding a charge, and I believe it requires replacement. Kindly guide me through the process for obtaining a new battery. Please let me know if you require additional information or if I need to visit your service center.
I would appreciate it if you could provide details regarding the replacement procedure, estimated cost (if applicable), and expected timeframe for completion.
