Victus by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-r0000 (76T11AV)

Dear Support Team / Customer Service,

I am writing to express my concern regarding several persistent issues I have been facing with my laptop since I purchased it. Initially, I ignored them assuming they were minor glitches, but over time, they have worsened to the point where the device has become almost unusable.

Here are the problems I’m experiencing:

  1. Touchpad delay- There is a noticeable and frequent delay with the touchpad. While it worked normally at first, it now randomly lags so severely that I cannot use it without an external mouse.

  2. Overheating during light usage- Even during basic tasks such as watching movies or casual browsing, the laptop overheats (temperatures reaching 70–80°C), which is not normal for such light usage.

  3. FPS drop while gaming- Despite being on performance mode and connected to the charger, FPS randomly drops from 90 to 20–25 during gameplay.

  4. Lag while multitasking- While multitasking (e.g., using Excel and a browser simultaneously), the browser sometimes freezes briefly before returning to normal, regardless of whether I’m using Chrome, Edge, or Firefox.

  5. Wallpaper glitch- Occasionally, the wallpaper disappears and then reappears block by block, only to disappear again.

  6. Keyboard malfunctioning- The keyboard has randomly stopped working or behaved erratically a few times (keys either not responding or pressing themselves).

  7. Software update error- A software update has been pending for a long time, and every time I try to install it, an error occurs during the download.

  8. Display freeze- At times, the screen freezes randomly during regular use.

  9. Apps crashes- Sometimes apps are unresponsive.

These issues have made using the laptop extremely frustrating, and I’m genuinely fed up with its performance. I kindly request a replacement or refund, as the device is clearly defective and does not meet the expected standards.

Please let me know the next steps to proceed with this request. I can provide any further details or diagnostics if required.

Sincerely,

Kartik Choudhary
