I am facing an issue with my laptop keyboard. The following keys are not working properly: I, K, comma (,), and close bracket ( ] ).
They only respond if I press them very hard, which is affecting my typing and work.

Could you please assist me in resolving this issue?
Kindly let me know if I need to bring the laptop to your store for inspection or if there are any troubleshooting steps I can try first.

Please follow these three steps first:

1. Try cleaning the keys: Use compressed air to clean the dust under the keycaps.

2. Update the driver: Go to Device Manager → Keyboards → Uninstall the driver → Restart the computer to reinstall it automatically.

3. Test an external keyboard: Confirm whether it is a hardware failure.
