Dear HP Support Team, I hope this message finds you well.

I purchased an HP Envy laptop in 2021, and while the device continues to perform well functionally, I’m facing a serious issue with its hardware. Both hinges have broken, and as a result, the screen can no longer remain upright or properly supported. This makes it extremely difficult to use the laptop effectively.

Given that this appears to be a structural defect and not due to mishandling, I would appreciate your guidance on how this issue can be resolved. I am hoping HP can offer a repair solution or potential support options for this matter.

Please let me know the next steps and what information you may require (e.g., serial number, proof of purchase, etc.).

Thank you for your assistance, and I look forward to your response.
