Dear HP Customer Support Team,I am writing to request urgent help with my HP 250 G8 laptop (Serial Number;  >Do not include the product serial number or any private information<, which is currently out of warranty and facing a serious cooling fan issue. I am a student and do not have the financial means to get my laptop repaired through paid service right now. Issue Details: My laptop’s cooling fan was temporarily working fine and even passed all HP UEFI Fan Diagnostic Tests (F2 diagnostic menu). However, after some use or a restart, the laptop regularly displays a "System Fan (90B) Error" on startup, and the fan either does not spin or runs at a very low RPM even when the CPU temperature is very high (84°C+).Sometimes the fan works and all the tests pass, but the error comes back unpredictably after a reboot or some time. I have already cleaned the vents and fan area with compressed air/brush, reset BIOS to default, enabled "Fan Always On" setting, updated Windows, and finally updated the BIOS to the latest version (F.70 Rev. A).Despite all efforts, the fan is still not working properly and the laptop is frequently overheating and shutting down.

I am currently unable to pay for a new fan or professional repair due to financial constraints. My Request: Please consider my situation as I am completely dependent on this laptop for my studies and career. Is it possible for HP to provide any free diagnostic, goodwill repair, or technical guidance to help me fix my cooling fan issue? If there is any alternative (DIY) solution or support (even spare part at concession/discount), please help me. 4.png5.png6.png7.pngpreviewImage 2.pngpreviewImage.png3.pngThank you so much for understanding and hoping for a supportive RESPONSE
