Subject: Requesting Assistance with Finding a Replacement Battery for HP Pavilion x360 Convertible Model 14-dw1003nx


Hello HP Community,

I am hoping to get some assistance with finding a replacement battery for my HP Pavilion x360 Convertible Model 14-dw1003nx. I have searched the HP website, but I was unable to find the correct battery for my laptop model.

I have been experiencing issues with my laptop battery, and it is no longer holding a charge for an extended period. As a result, I am unable to use my laptop for an extended period without having to plug it in.

I would greatly appreciate it if someone could provide me with information on how to order a replacement battery for my laptop. If possible, I would also like to know the estimated delivery time and cost for the battery.

If anyone has had a similar experience or has any advice on how to find a replacement battery, please feel free to share it. I am looking forward to hearing back from you soon.
