Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Iam having a problem with my battery on my laptop HP Envy TouchSmart Ultrabook 4. Product: C2K73UA#ABA, Model: 4-1115dx. [personal information removed]

The battery is not working and need to be replaced. Also has issue with the keypad.

I need product support in Muscat, Oman. Please help
