Hi:

Below is the link to the parts list for your notebook:

HP PartSurfer

The fan part number and description is:

806747-001
FAN - for Broadwell SKU

You can do a search by the HP fan part number on Amazon or eBay and find a compatible fan that references the HP part number.

You can also contact HP's authorized parts suppliers who do business in India and see if they can be of help:

The HP Parts Store | HP Computer Parts | HP Printer Parts | HP parts | hp batteries | SSD | printhea...

@paul

I don't find any compatible cooling fan  in any e-commerce website.

How we can purchase this product in HP Store India ?

Hi:

That fan part number is no longer available at the HP parts store in any country, which is why I recommended how you should look for a replacement fan.

@paul

What could be the Serial number of the laptop?

I would have no idea what the serial number of your notebook is.

You can find the serial number in the BIOS's system information screen or on the notebook's case.

Another way to find the S/N would be to run this command:

Open the command prompt app and run it as administrator.

Type: wmic bios get serialnumber and press the Enter key.
