Hi I've been havng this PC problem for a while, and I just wanted to know if there was another way to reset my laptop. I've gone through the recovery menu to reset the computer while keeping my files and reseting the whole thing. I've reseted my PC before but that was a long time ago. I've also tried to reset it in the advance prompt menu and the only thing it gives me is that "it could not reset the computer and error has occoured". I've ran a system quick test on the pc and it gave me this Failure Id: 6FMPL3-7J88PT-XD7V6K-60SM03. I've tried to look it up on this forums to see if anyone has come up with the same as I have but nothing pops up. It would really help me if I go get a simply fix and not have to replace the pc.

p. 49 of the Service Manual shows "how to":
It will use any 7mm or 9.5mm thick and 2.5 inch wide laptop SATA drive. Where do you live (country)?
Do you have a backup or restore disk available?
If not, no problem as Windows 10 can be downloaded from Microsoft and reinstalled without a Key Code and any drivers you might need are available at this site.
Here is a good example of a replcement disk you could use:
