Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I requested to send my HP Laptop back for repair. to the outer case. They sent me a box to return it. Questions. How do I know to trust this. Also how long would it be before I get it back, How long do I have to get it fixed, it it only barely a year old
