In January, my laptop was bought back by the customer relations team. I’ve been paid the value of the laptop and they were meant to pick it up. However, my laptop hasn’t been picked up to date. I’ve contacted HP 7 times via phone since then, and I every time I am told to wait 2 weeks for CRT to contact me.
I am unsure on who to contact as going through the technical support route over the phone is not working. I am now being deployed for 3 months. If the laptop hasn’t been picked up by the time I return, then I’ll be forced to get rid of it.

Good grief its not "repair options" he is trying to return a laptop to HP for which HP has already refunded him. At a certain point I think he is justified in keeping it if HP can't figure out how to get it back.
