Hi, I bought the HP ENVY x360 in March 2021. The screen is warping as a result of the hinge in the right corner popping out and pushing it. The screen will remain open and upright but is no longer able to close. I am aware that there has been a problem with this particular HP laptop model. Is there a way to have this fixed or repaired somehow? Given the price of the laptop, I would like for it to last a little bit longer; this kind of malfunction is disappointing on such an expensive piece of equipment. If anyone has had any luck with fixing this I would love to know how you went about it.
