Hello,

I was just using my HP 15, and heard a popping sound from the right hinge. I didn't notice anything so I assumed it was a normal noise. I then closed the laptop and couldn't open it without the front screen panel popping off at the hinge area. I didn't drop the laptop in anyway.

When I open and close the laptop, the hinge moves and separates the back and front panel of casing from the screen area.

The warranty has expired on this laptop. Please help.

Thank you for any help 😞
