Hi, My name is Sagar. I bought a hp pavilion 15-cs2082tx laptop for my study.
I was very excited as I had trust in hp just after fews months. I started hearing some sort of sound while opening and closing the laptop. I went to the HP authorised service center. They opened the covered, dismantled my laptop, bent all the hinges and told me the right hinges and back socket are broken. And I cannot close the screen.
He also told me it might be a manufacturing issue. And the charges for fixing the issue is 16K. And home visiting changes extra 1200 rupees.
Unless I make the payment he cannot do anything as the laptop is more than year old and out of warranty.
I never miscued laptop or thrown it accidentally. I saw in quora and google many people are also getting the same issue which is fixed by HP free of cost. I hope some one response to this message and make my laptop repair for free of cost as it was a manufacturing defect.
Thank you
