Right monitor hinge broken

I was using the laptop as normal when the bottom right corner of the screen detached from the back board so I could see inside. A small screw about 5mm in diameter and 5mm in length fell out. Now, the hinge on the right side does not function properly. It is very difficult to close the laptop lid or even adjust the angle of the screen.

Even a cursory look at this forum shows that this is a common and recurring issue. I'd like to contact with a support person at HP so I can solve this issue. The laptop is difficult to transport at the moment.
