Hallo,

 

I have the following issue that my right hand "SHIFT" key and the "Navigation arrows" are not working. Only the "MOVE DOWN" navigation arrow is working.

 

I have tried all the online fixes that was recommended.

- Update driver

- Uninstall driver

- Settings in Ease of Access for keyboard

- Troubleshoot in System for keyboard

- Installed latest driver from HP

- Language selection is US

 

I don't have any problem with any of my other keys on the keyboard.

 

Your help will be greatly appreciated.
