Right side hinge broken inside the case

I have purchased my hp victus laptop 4 months ago and im facing a hinge broken sound in one side of the laptop while i open and close the lid. My warranty is still active and i haven’t drop or done any accidents to my laptop

Do the broken hinge can be repaired within warranty or not . I need service within warranty for this manufacture defect
