Product: Envy Spectar X360

I bought the laptop in Nov-20 from Croma and within 4 month the right hinge is jammed. When I tried to open the laptop flap the joint between hinge and flap was broken. This laptop is in warranty, but when I approached Croma and HP center in Pune they are asking me to pay huge amount to replace the hinge.  Why I have to pay for the manufacturing defect. How can I get justice.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, 
This sounds like hardware related issue with the  Hinge casing assembly and in order to fix this issue,  your computer needs to be serviced.  As we have limited support boundaries in the support community as of now.
