I submitted my form for the risk-free care pack rebate 10 months ago. I followed-up a few times, and finally got an email 3 months ago that they were processing my request and that I should receive my check. I never heard anything else and have followed-up a few times after that with no response... has anyone successfully gotten their check??

I understand you are facing an issue with the Carepack refund. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue. 

 

If no service event occurs after the purchase date of the Care Pack, you are allowed to claim a rebate for the price of your Care Pack. Please refer to your Risk-Free rebate form at the time of purchase as the program dates and conditions may have changed.

@Rachel571 Unfortunately that does not help me. I submitted the form as required and was told I would be mailed a check, but that still has not happened 10 months later.
