Before I go looking for a tool to open this laptop, I wonder if someone can answer me? I have a spare Samsung ssd that I would like to install. It is a regular size 2.5 inch. The laptop model number is Y9F95UT#ABA.

No second 2.5' slot.

But  you do have a slot for.

M.2 2280 SSD (NGFF), SATA-3

Your manual here.

Don't know if this post can be updated, but this laptop came with an m2 ssd and there is room for a 2.5 drive. In my case, I added an ssd, but I see no reason why a hdd could not be installed.

Hi my ProBook 450 G4 has a 265GB SSD. I'm assuming this means it's an m2 SSD. Looks like it has a spare 2.5 drive in that case. Id like to add a 500gb 2.5 ssd for extra VM storage. Will this work?
