Hello;

Allow me to welcome you to the HP forums!

Sorry, but I don't have very good news for you ...

I just recently returned my SECOND Elitebook Revolve G3 to HP because I could not get autorotate to work, no matter what I did.

I was able to mess around with the autorotate lock button on the right side of the laptop, but no matter what it was set at, autorotate simply would not work.

I ended up Googling for information, found a site where I could download a utility that let me make screen rotation shortcuts, put them on my desktop -- and with those, I could move the laptop screen, set it down, press one of the shortcuts, and have the screen rotate.

All the information I have seen on "fixing" this has been only for the Elitebook Revolve G1 and that involved applying a BIOS update that allowed autorotation to work.

From what I read, that update had already been applied to the G2 and G3 models, when they came out.
