I am wondering if this is normal while i am gaming, on performance mode "gpu is at 90 watts not 80, and cpu not limited to 30 watts" with 0.05v undervolt, is it normal my cpu to be hitting around 92-93 decrees celsious C° and my gpu 73- 74 C°? Also without cooling pad.

The max temperature for the Intel® Core™ i7-10750H is 100 deg C.

I would be concerned at  above 90 degrees C.

You may need to have the thermal interface material on the processor redone in order to lower the processor temperatures.

Have you cleaned the intake and exhaust ports from dust lately? That will also make a difference.

The GPU temps are OK.
